RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL DATA
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, JBGroup is responsible for the protection and processing of your personal data, and to whom you can contact through your email datospersonales@jbgroup.mx
PRIMARY FINALITIES
The personal data of the holder, which we may obtain, and unless otherwise provided by the holder through the means described in this Privacy Notice, shall be treated and protected under strict confidentiality by JBGroup and shall be used for the fulfilment of the following primary purposes: (i) Identify it; (ii) contact it; (iii) integrate it into our relevant administration and management systems; (iv) meet your request for information and quotation related to the provision of our services; (v) provide you with our services of recruitment, financial consulting, treasury, marketing and technological infrastructure; (vi) receive and send instructions in relation to various national services; (vii) manage the collection, issuance and shipment of payment vouchers and / or taxes issued by the provision of our services; (xi) for the enforcement of laws, regulations and legal provisions applicable to which we are subject.
SECundARY FINALITIES
If you do not object, JBGroup will treat your personal data for the following secondary purposes: (i) To send you information on advertising services that may be of interest to you; (ii) to share information related to reforms, analysis, opinions and updates on technology, recruitment, finance, treasury and marketing issues; (iii) to invite you to conferences or events organized by JBGroup; (iii) to assess the quality of our services through surveys; (iv) to create databases for the purpose of networking and commercial prospecting; (v) manage the procedures for incorporation into our systems.

The refusal to use your personal data for additional purposes may not be a reason to deny you the services requested or to terminate the established relationship with us.
We also inform you of the following temporary purposes in connection with a global or national health emergency: (i) Personal data on health conditions will be processed to prevent the growth of contagion; (ii) If you contact it through technology tools, personal voice and image data will be processed to run activities that require online meetings (video conferences on multimedia platforms).
For these temporary purposes, we inform you that, in each case, your personal data will be treated under physical, technical and administrative security measures, which ensure your protection and confidentiality.
We also inform you that your personal data will only be treated for as long as it is necessary to attend to a health emergency, and once it is completed, you will be subject to a process of blocking for subsequent deletion.
Finally, we make it known to you that the above-mentioned personal data will only be transferred to the authorities that so require, provided that a well-founded and motivated request is made to justify and require such transfer.
PERSONAL DATA
We collected your personal data when you provide them personally; when you deliver them to us through electronic, optical or sound means; or when we obtain them through a third party derived from a consented transfer.
For the purposes of this Privacy Declaration, JBGroup shall deal with the following categories of personal data: identification and contact data, tax data, labour data, property and financial data, legal data.
SINSIBLE PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that JBGroup does not collect or treat data that is considered sensitive by its characteristics. However, if the collection and processing of such information is necessary, we shall inform you in advance, making it known the purposes of the treatment of such information and requesting their due consent in writing.
TRANSFER
In order to comply with the purposes described above and other purposes which are legally required or by competent authorities, through a reasoned and reasoned request, the following transfers of their personal data shall be made:

Your personal data shall not be transferred to third parties other than those mentioned above without their consent. If the transfer of your personal data to such third parties is necessary, it shall be provided with a format or document in which you are expressly requested to provide your authorization for the transfer.
ARCO RIGHTS AND REVOCATION OF CONSENTITION
You have the right to know what personal data we have on you, what we use them for and the conditions of use we give you (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information in the event that it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to remove it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations of the regulation (Cancellation); and to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, also known as ARCO rights, as well as revoke your consent to the processing of your data, by email to the address datospersonales@jbgroup.mx.
Once contacted, you will be able to make your request through a free-format writing, or through the form that has been created and provided by that Department for that purpose.
It shall submit an application: (i) Please indicate the name of the applicant and, where appropriate, his legal representative; (ii) Affirms the identity of the applicant by means of official identification, and, where appropriate, identity and personality of its legal representative, by means of official identification and notarial power or simple letter of power granted to two witnesses, including the identification of all participants; (iii) (iv) Identify the right to be exercised and the data on which it is required to be exercised - in the case of a right of correction, indicate the data to be corrected and the right to be corrected, or, if necessary, indicate the secondary purposes for which the right is to be exercised. If it does not comply with the point set out in paragraph (iii), the application shall be deemed not to have been submitted.
Once the application has been received, JBGroup will have 10 working days to verify compliance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, which, if it happens, will be communicated to you in order to supplement your application, so you will have 10 working days to comply with the request we made to you, if not to do so within that time limit, the request will be considered unsubmitted.
JBGroup shall have 30 working days to inform it of the origin of its application from the date of receipt of the application or, where appropriate, from the attention to the request made in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
After the notification has been made, and if the exercise of the right in question is appropriate, JBGroup shall have 20 working days to give effect to the right.
The time limits referred to in the preceding paragraph may be extended for the same time as one time and for justified reasons.
The exercise of the rights referred to here shall, however, be free of charge for the exercise of the right of access, and the holder may apply for the delivery, by means of simple copies or the delivery of electronic documents, of his or her identity, by means of which he or she shall cover the costs incurred by the concepts of sending or reproduction; they shall be informed of the origin of the exercise of his or her right.
The communications we will make with you for the care of the exercise of the right in question will be made through the address or email indicated in your application.
AMENDMENTS TO THE PRIVATION AVISION
We reserve the right to change our data security and protection measures, in which case we will amend our Privacy Declaration accordingly. These amendments will be published on our website https://jbgroup.mxand so we invite you to review this paragraph regularly.
ADDITIONAL TREATMENT OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
